TYRANNOSAURUS REX

My version of the great Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Tyrannosaurus Rex was a Carnivore from the late Cretacous and was one of the Last dinosaurs to die out durring the first year of the mass extinction that killed the Dinosaurs. done in by the extinction of they're prey, and canablism. they where brutaly torchered by acid rain, bone chilling cold, all done by the meteor that struck the earth.

in life. Tyrannosaurus's Prey ranged from Triceratops, Edmontosaurus, and when young, small mamals and what ever they're mother's brought to them.

Tyrannosaurus Rex had a giant head. equiped with powerfull jaws, able to crush bone, and enough power to tear up a car to junk. Tyrannosaurus Rex also had oddly small arms. although small they where quite strong. most likely used to pick itself up from the ground after laying down or sleeping. and some other uses. maybe to carry small bits of meat.

Tyrannosaurus is currently under depate as to weather or not it was a Hunter, or Scavanger. personaly I think its both. Tyrannosaurus may have been slow but its prey was mostlikely even slower. like Triceratops, or they may have lived in small family groups. and possibly used hit and run tactics to wound a selected individual, then wait till said prey is week enough to take down.

it may have stolen kills as well, possibly if another carnivore attacked a Dinosaur, Tyrannosaurus may have either scared off the hunter, then eat the kill, or killed it if the hunter didn't finish it.

either way, hunter or scavanger, this is still a dinosaur you don't want to meet in person. and deserves a great deal of respect.
