Occupation: collect and escort the souls of deceised Ponies to the afterlife.

Introduction: Prince Odin is Princess Celestia's ONLY son. he is one of the Three Royal Ponies in Equestria. Like his mother before him, he is Powerful and very kind. Odin is responcible for bringing Pony spirits to the Afterlife. Odin is known for his charming honorable demeanor and while not as old as his mother, he is still very knowledgable and quite wise for his age Wich is ONLY 954 years! well.... compared to Celestia and Luna that is quite young.

Background: Prince Odin is Princess Celestia's Only son she ever had. at a young age Odin found his talent, wich Celestia didn't initialy see as a good thing. mind you, Celestia had just locked her sister away in the moon 46 years prior to Odin's birth. and it didn't help that, while genuenly confused at this point at his abilities, he would Practise on the Animals in the royal guarden. wich both terrified and facenated him. he began to study death more and more and then he knew what he was ment to do. However, before he can report his findings to his Mother, Princess Celestia found the remains of the animals he was testing on. both emotionaly stricken and still going through a guilt trip of what she had to do to her sister Celestia had forced Odin to leave the Castle and never to return till she said so.

houndreds of years later to the present Prince Oden had returned to Canterlot Castle in order to plead to her mother that he wanted to start anew, and re-establish their relationship. however, she never let him get a word in edgewise and after the arguement was broken up by Princess Luna, Celestia took some time to rethink some things. and seeing how she was acting especialy infront of Luna Celestia finaly asked Odin for his forgiveness, and the family was reunited once again.

Personality: Prince Odin is a Pony who, dispite his dark appearance, is a very charming stallion. he shares alot of traits from his mother, being a kind hearted ruler and as well as a commanding authority. he even shares his mother's tendancy to play around with his people. even using his mother's 'Gotcha' phrase. wether or not he picked this up from Princess Celestia is unknown. but its more likely he may have heard her say it to someone when he was a foal.

Odin's Charm and Kindness is always in effect. even when he is doing his job. he always greats the spirit of a passed Pony with a kind warm smile. however, if the Pony was bad or did major wrong doings, especialy crimes against life itself, Odin will treat that Pony's spirit harshly, giving them a cold feeling and looks down upon them with a forsakened frown.

Prince Odin has yet to meet Twilight and her friends, although Celestia will probley make sure he does and soon. she knows well he has no friends and even the god of death deserves to be shown the Magic of Friendship.

Powers/Abilities: Prince Odin's powers mainly deal in Spiritual uses. Being the grim reaper himself, Odin's abilities mostly focus on helping wayward spirits to the afterlife. Odin can however ask upon spirits of Ponies long dead for knowledge to help out when a crisis occourse. and usualy asks thoughs who may have delt with something similar or the thing they faced before that is happening again.

Dispite what some Ponys wish to think, Odin can NOT bring back the dead. nore can he bistow Immortality to Anypony. not only does it go against the natural balance, but it is also not within his power to do so. and even if he did, he would not allow it.

Although Odin mostly specialises in Death, he can also be called upon to help thoughs in need of spiritual guidance. coming to the Ponies in need of help usualy in a vision or through ghostly encounter, Odin will try to help the Individual and induce a spiritual realization they need. Odin can also try and help Ponies that have done wrong in their life, and try to get them to change their ways before it is too late by showing a future that the Pony will not want to see come to fluition.

Father: Odin's father has not been seen mainly because he is deciesed, however, he can communicate with his father through the spirit realm mostly for some fatherly advice, or just to see him again out of missing him for so long.

Physical Appearance: Prince Odin, like Princess Celestia and princess Luna are all Winged Unicorns. extremely powerful and are the highest authority in Equestria.

being the son of Princess Celestia, Odin does share obvious physical traits. and it mostly shows in his face, he shares his mother's warm trademark smile although, being a male, and most likely taking this trait from his father, Odin has a more angular and longer snout then Celestia. He even sounds alot like her when he speaks. although his voice is much more mascular then Celestia's and ofcourse due to being a male is more deeper in tone.

What sets Celestia and Odin appart from eachother, aside from gender, is Odin's size, although from hoof to top of the head they are the same hight, Odin is much more bulkier then Celestia, Odin also has a much larger wing span then Celestia. Odin's horn is longer, but not by much, though it is thicker.

but what realy sets mother and son appart is the their coat and mane colors. although it can be seen that his mane does have similarities to Celestia's mane, the windless flowing and due to what he does there are ghostly white mists flowing through it. his Coat however is what realy makes them diffrent. however, although Celestia is his mother, its easy to forget Odin did have a mortal Father, a Praetorian Royal Guard. Odin's Black Coat was inherited from his Father's side. a black stallion Pony. so whenever hes asked why he doesn't have a lighter coat color, he simply replies "Well it comes from my father's side of the family"

*Update*: I just recently got GIMP back and managed to take that Color-Me Version of Prince Odin and color him on GIMP. this version is so much better in my opinion. the colors are smoother, theres no grain and I have to thank for helping me out, not just with sending me the install.exe for Gimp to me, but also teaching me how to use it. although this probley not even the core of the program's Potential. but we'll see what I am able to do with it in the future!
